i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet included many choices. the hotel grounds are green and well kept. i used the free shuttle to bali collection multiple times.
the pool seemed small given the size of the hotel.

the hotel has one main pool that is about 2 meters deep. there is a pool bar with music (the bartender is very friendly!). a long promenade runs along the beach, great for evening walks.

the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options. the spa facility was really good. the hotel's position by the beach is fantastic and a short walk to other amenities!!!
I noticed some sunbeds by the pool looked stained. It's unclear if they are regularly cleaned.

i thought the grounds really shined, service felt spot on, and the massage? oh man, it was totally epic! breakfast had tons of options too, so many things to try. every time i was greeted it was super friendly. the staff just.
the beach could use some love because there were days the water was so low you couldn't even swim, thats a drag.

the rooms have big beds and amazing views, and i love the rain shower, it rules. i really relax after a long day in a lounge tub. a grocery store across the street make snacks easy to grab.

the hotel is in a perfect spot, it's ideal for exploring other spots. its a beach front location with sun loungers on the sand, i was chillin! facilities like money changers and supermarkets are right out front.

i was so happy with the balinese design infused throughout the hotel. it really made it stand out from other resorts. the beautiful gardens and green spaces were a welcome sight. the breakfast menu had a large variety and even changed daily. i definitely enjoyed the resort activities program.
i noticed that securing lounges by the pool could be competitive as guests often reserved them early.

our beautiful bungalow included mosquito nets around comfortable beds. the bathroom had both a bathtub and a separate shower. we found the room spacious and well maintained.

The staff greeted us warmly each morning at breakfast. They went out of their way. i observed that the staff are friendly and helpful making our experience special. the resort also provided prompt medical assistance when needed.

The resort has direct beach access. There isn't a street separating it from the sea. there were local eating places just outside the resort that offered a change of pace. a convenient shuttle bus to a popular shopping center was available too.
